Color gold, dark amber; Sherry nose; smooth and sweet, yet slightly salty.	Color deep amber; dry and salty; Sherry nose.

Redbreast
Distilled at Midleton; 12 Years old; Pure Pot Still Whiskey; 40 per cent abv; more details here.

Color red, gold; Sherry nose; sweet and smooth, with honey notes.	Color gold, deep amber; Pure Pot Still brings in sweet, fruity notes, and honey. There's a sherry note, too.

Color gold; Sherry nose; oily consistence; sweet, slightly salty and peaty. Michael's favorite.	Color light gold; Sherry nose; sweet, yet lightly salty and perhaps peaty.

Isle of Jura
10 Years old; Single Malt Scotch Whisky; 40 per cent abv.

Color red, brown; salty, (Bourbon-) woody nose; there's a nutty note.	Color light amber; Sherry nose; woody, salty, and walnut note.

Tullamore Dew Heritage Edition
Distilled at Midleton; Blend; no age statement; 40 per cent abv; more details here.

Color red, gold; Sherry, woody nose; sweet and smooth, reminds of conifers.	Color red, amber; Sherry nose; Pot Still brings in sweet vanilla notes, there's herbs and walnut, too. Thomas's Favorite.
